Jimmy Page used an Arbiter Power 100 amp on stage from around late 1968 through June 1969. Most of the time he played it through a Rickenbacker Transonic cabinets, and occasionally through a Marshall.
The amp was designed by Dave Reeves, who later founded Hiwatt, and it shares several design elements with early Sound City and Hiwatt amplifiers. It features a four-input, four-channel configuration, each with individual volume controls, and utilizes four EL34 tubes in the power section and five ECC83 tubes in the preamp section.
