According to information from the official Jeff Buckley website, Jeff used Dean Markley Blue Steel strings on his electric guitars. Unfortunately, it doesn’t specify which exact set he used.
Based purely on his tone and playing style, it’s a reasonable assumption that he used a regular light gauge set, most likely .010–.046.
