The PTS-015, produced only during its first year in 1979 and the early 1980s, is renowned for its use by Ry Cooder on the album JAZZ. This high-end model features a spruce top, Indian rosewood sides and back, a mahogany neck, and an ebony fretboard. It also comes with Takamine’s original parabolic pickup system.
