Famous Ibanez SC500N Guitar Players
The SC500N is an Ibanez S Classic series solid body electric guitar introduced in 1998 and discontinued after 2000. It stands out for its use of nylon strings and piezo pickups instead of traditional magnetic pickups. The guitar features a mahogany body with a bound spruce top, a 25.1″ (638mm) scale mahogany neck, and a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with binding and pearl dot inlays.
The SC500N includes a rosewood bridge with an under-saddle piezo pickup, and its electronics consist of a master volume and a 2-band EQ. It was available in three finishes: Antique Violin (AV), Marine Sunburst (MS), and Natural (NT). The guitar was made in Japan.
