The Guild F-512 is a maple jumbo 12-string guitar that has replaced the historically known F-412 model. It features a solid Sitka spruce top with scalloped Adirondack spruce bracing, and an arched laminated flame-maple back and sides. The body is 17-1/4 inches wide, and the guitar has a comfortable C-shaped mahogany neck with a 25-5/8-inch scale length and a 1-7/8-inch wide bone nut. It includes a 20-fret ebony fingerboard with mother-of-pearl and abalone V-block inlays and is finished with gloss nitrocellulose.
