Famous Fender Shenandoah Guitar Players
The Fender Shenandoah guitar was introduced in July 1965 as part of Fender’s expansion into the acoustic guitar market. This model, along with other Fender acoustics such as the Villager, featured the new “hockey stick” headstock design. However, Fender’s focus on acoustic guitars diminished towards the end of the 1960s. By late 1971, Fender had discontinued all of its flat-top acoustic models, including the Shenandoah.
