The FT-365 was produced in Japan by Matsumoku, the company behind brands like Aria, Westone, and Lyle, from around 1973 to 1978. It features an all-laminate body, with rosewood for the back and sides and spruce for the top. Despite having a neck heel, the guitar uses a bolt-on neck design.
