Famous Dean Razorback Guitar Players
The Dean Razorback is an electric guitar created by Dean Guitars, based on the Dean ML design. It was developed in collaboration with Dimebag Darrell, the legendary guitarist from Pantera and Damageplan. Initially offered as a U.S.-only model, the Razorback later became available internationally as an import model.
Produced from 2004 to 2021, the Razorback features a solid body with either set or bolt-on neck construction. It was typically made from mahogany, maple, or basswood, with a neck crafted from mahogany or maple, and a fretboard made of either ebony or rosewood. The hardware includes a Floyd Rose tremolo or string-thru bridge, and the guitar is equipped with two humbucker pickups, often EMG, Seymour Duncan, or DiMarzio models.
