Gary Moore’s 1960s Gibson SG Junior (TV Yellow)

Gary was seen playing this guitar at the “Blues for Greeny” concert in 1995. He used it to play a cover of the song “Showbiz Blues”, originally recorded by Green in 1969.

The gutiar appears to be a 60s model, probably made after 1963 since there doesn’t seem to be any “Les Paul” branding on the headstock. The main thing worth pointing out is that it was fitted a black and white humbucker, which was installed in place of the original P-90 pickup.
