Angus was spotted playing this guitar during the Howard Stern interview recorded in 1997. The guitar appears to be a stock Gibson SG Junior, featuring a single P90 pickup in the bridge position.
Since that this seems to be the only time Angus ever used this guitar, it’s possible that it was provided by Stern. Perhaps he had planned to ask the band for a quick performance, and since Brian appeared unprepared, this scenario would make sense.

This SG Junior is his and seems to be his guitar of choice when doing interviews. I first saw it when he did the cover of Guitarist magazine in the UK years ago, but its appeared on at least a couple of others. Also, if you go to youtube and search for “angus young the guitar show” it has a good interview with him playing Hendrix riffs etc on it.
